To ensure the health and safety of our nail services, please review our policy regarding nail cracking, breakage, and repairs:
Follow Salon Policy:
- If you need a repair within our free repair time frame, please follow our procedure to address the issue. If you are outside this window, notify the salon or our staff as soon as possible to discuss repair options.
- Inform us of any issues by phone or in person. Our staff will discuss the appropriate measures for repair or further action. Cracking, Repair, and Breakage:
- We will fix nails that crack, peel, or break within 3 days of your appointment free of charge.
- If you cannot visit us within 3 days, please call us as soon as you notice the issue. We will note it in our system or appointment book to ensure your repair is scheduled.
Soak Off (Including Cracking, Repair, and Breakage):
- We cannot offer free services such as full nail repairs or soak-offs after 1 week. We appreciate your understanding.
Professional Evaluation:
If the damage is severe or causing pain, seek advice from a medical professional or a nail specialist, such as a podiatrist or dermatologist, for proper care.
By reporting nail breakage or cracking immediately and following these steps, you can ensure that the issue is addressed promptly and appropriately, maintaining the health and appearance of your nails.
